Hello, I'm Yung-Chia Yun :),
a product designer at Sprinklr.
I'm a self-driven person, born and raised in Taiwan🇹🇼. I was an advertising consultant and a freelance graphic designer before I started pursuing my MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). I fell in love with UX design at first sight.
I love drawing for fun in my spare time. I also have a set of stickers being sold on Line, the most popular communication app in Taiwan.

Forcing my friends to accept my handmade cards is one of my ways to express how much I care about them.
I also love hiking once in a long, long while. Watching Netflix in my bed is my favorite activity.
