Main Problems
-
In order to find the course materials that user needs, it takes time to figure out the way how
teachers categorize the content. Sometimes the users would enter several wrong categories before
the found the right materials. -
The unread sign can only be eliminated by accessing the viewing page of the files on the system. Students who use to download the material by clicking the button near the title wouldn't be able to recognize which files have already been downloaded by the sign.
-
The information displayed on home page of every course is inessential for most of RIT
students. Few users would access the page intentionally.
